Our crews are sequencing the construction in segments to maintain as much access as possible to parking in Club Square, and have completed installation of stormwater drain structures in the northwest and southwest quadrants of Club Square. Our project team has greatly advanced stormwater drain structure construction work in what had previously been the grassed medians that ran east and west through the center of Club Square.

Generally, our crews limit the work zone to maximize access to parking. In some cases, our crews will cordon off zones of the parking lot where stormwater drain structures are being installed and complete the work in those areas within 1 to 3 business days.

Crews backfilled the parking lot zone where they had installed storm drain structures. The work was completed within 1 business day. Generally, crews will aim to complete the work between 1 to 3 business days, barring weather delays.

Our crews will next sequence this work in the north east and south east quadrants of the parking lot in the near future. Once installation of the stormwater drain structures are completed, crews will begin pouring the concrete pad for the new dumpster enclosure in the center of the parking lot.
