Apply for Banner Permits for the SE 47th Terrace Streetscape Project

To support businesses that are near the construction or detour routes of the SE 47th Terrace Streetscape Project, the City of Cape Coral has created a fast-track application process for businesses to apply for banner signs to display temporarily while construction is underway.

Businesses will not pay for a permit application directly. Instead the City will pay for the permit out of the project’s budget.

Businesses can find the application form here and submit the application via email at planning@CapeCoral.net. They can also submit the permit application at the Chester Street Resource Center at 4816 Chester Street, or at the Zoning Counter at City Hall, at 1015 Cultural Park Boulevard.

Banner permits are required and the banner must be affixed to the building. Once reviewed and approved, the business owner will be notified by e-mail or by phone that they may hang their banner.

Regarding other forms of signage, please contact info@SE47Terrace.com or (239) 676-3462 with any questions.
